14:00 – 16:00 the UCI Commissar will inspect the course
16:00 – 19:00 Registration (all categories)
17:00 – 19:00 Official Trainings on the course (race numbers and helmets are mandatory!)
19:00 – Team Managers Meeting on the Race Venue.
Access in the Feed Zone/Technical Zone will be made only using a Feed Zone pass.
Passes will be distributed at the Team Managers meeting.

14:00 – Preliminary results announcement
14:00 – 14:30 Appeals regarding results. Important: All appeals will be made in writing at the Race Secretary. The fee for any appeal is 50 lei which will be refunded in case the person was right. Any appeals that are not made following this procedure or do nor respect the schedule will not be taken into consideration.
14:45 Final Results

Rules
The race is conducted based on the UCI regulations for Mountain Bike Races
Technical Regulation of the race:
- the race is open to any cyclist, amateur or professional who has a bicycle in good technical condition, helmet, a good health, a minimum of experience.
- licensed riders will participate in the “elite” categories.
-all the competitors must wear a helmet during the race and their bikes must be in good condition, especially braking systems.
- the hobby riders will declare on their own responsibility that they have a good physical condition.
- no restrictions regarding the wheel size, you can use 26 or 29 inch.
- it is forbidden to use electric bicycles / motors or to be towed by another vehicle or another competitor.
- riders under 18 years (juniors) will hand MANDATORY written consent of a parent, including parent’s phone number.
- the number of the competitor will be mounted on the bicycle in front on the handlebars and will not be removed until after crossing the finish line (or in case of abandonment).
- in case of abandonment, this will be announced to the officials.
- the competitors are obliged to announce at the first checkpoint any problem noticed during the competition, including any accidents.
- the related costs: travel, accommodation, technical assistance, registration will be handled by each participant.
- it is prohibited to dispose of any packaging or other objects that are not biodegradable on the track . They may be disposed only in the finish area.
- the organizer reserves the right to use the image of the Maros Bike XCO Cup participants in promotional materials such as: photographs, posters, films, and so on..
Possible changes will be announced on the site and at the Team managers meeting.
